Service and accounts
ChatMark provides a browser extension that exports selected ChatGPT messages to local Markdown or PDF files. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. Markdown export is available without a ChatMark account; paid PDF access requires a linked extension device.
Extension trial
The extension may provide one 72-hour PDF trial without a payment method. The trial is stored through browser sync on a best-effort basis and is separate from Stripe billing. Reinstalling, manipulating clocks, or otherwise attempting to circumvent access controls is prohibited.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe processes payments in USD. Monthly subscriptions cost $3.88 and renew monthly. Yearly subscriptions cost $34.56 and renew yearly. Lifetime access costs $68.88 as a one-time purchase. Paid access starts immediately; no Stripe trial is included. Taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund requests arising from non-technical reasons—including personal preferences, external changes, or subjective judgments—are generally not accepted.
To stop a monthly or yearly subscription from renewing, cancel through the account billing portal before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not refund the current paid period; access continues until that period ends. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is non-refundable.
If a technical issue prevents normal use and remains unresolved after reasonable support efforts, you may request a refund. Requests are manually reviewed within five business days. We may request an order number, issue description, occurrence time, necessary screenshots, and reasonable troubleshooting cooperation. Never submit passwords, verification codes, tokens, or other credentials.
A refund will never exceed the amount actually paid. Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use and termination
Users must not attack, disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer access controls, share accounts commercially, gain unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or infringe third-party rights. ChatMark may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten stability, or engage in malicious activity.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change as browser or ChatGPT behavior changes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid during the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by England and Wales. Courts in London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law.
